Our guest house is open!
In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, along the Canal des Deux Mers and the Ligne Verte, the Maison des Eaux will welcome you for a stopover or a stay.
Ronny, sportsman and Caroline, painter, we have recently fitted out and renovated the house. We offer, upstairs, five bedrooms (1 bed 140cm, 3 beds 160cm, 1 mezzanine bed 140cm), ideal for couples, professionals or cyclists. Each room is personalized by Caroline.
Breakfast, included in the price, is served in our large kitchen or on sunny days on the terrace with a view of the enclosed garden.
As of the beginning of 2023 our new heated pool in the form of a 25m swimming lane is open.
Parking in the property. Boulodrome. For a cycling, professional or leisure stopover....
Possibility of renting new quality all-terrain bicycles (2) on site.
We also offer a table d'hôtes on request and subject to availability at €35 per person (full menu, starter, main course, dessert, including aperitif, wine and coffee) on certain evenings.
As we are only using fresh products, the evening menu cannot be served for short term / last minute bookings.
The standard rate per room (2 people) is 95 € (breakfast, bedding and towles incl.), 85 € for 1 person (breakfast, bedding and towels incl.). A reduction of 10% on the tariff from 2 consecutive nights will be granted to you.
In view of the location of the property and the facilities, children are admitted from the age of 12 only. Animals are not allowed.
La Maison des Eaux is located 200m from the canal, near the D813, Agen 12kms away, Valence d'Agen 14kms away. For cyclists, possibility to repair bicycles and store them safely.
